Is there a Joomla 3.0 compatible version? |

We've been working hard on modify our Plus series extensions to make them Joomla 3.0 compatible, and in fact we are the first survey, auction and quiz extensions listed on the Joomla Extension Directory to be Joomla 3.0 compatible. The current version of BF Survey Plus, BF Quiz Plus and BF Auction Plus will now work on both Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3.0. All customers who have purchased these products will get the new version for free via our self serve section, which can be installed over the top of previous versions.
Customers still using our Joomla 1.5 products will need to make an additional purchase to get the new versions.
Please note that if you are using BF Validate Plus plugin then you can download the new Joomla 3.0 version from our download page. |

Do you have a Joomla 1.6/1.7/2.5 version? |
|
Yes, BF Survey Plus, BF Quiz Plus and BF Auction Plus are all for Joomla 1.6/1.7/2.5. However as of 30/09/2012, the new versions will only support Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3.0. Customers still using Joomla 1.6 or 1.7 can still use older versions of our software (BF Auction Plus v1.0.5, BF Survey Plus v1.0.3.1, and BF Quiz Plus v1.0.4), however as both Joomla 1.6 and Joomla 1.7 are end of life and have security vulnerabilites, we strongly recommend you upgrade to Joomla 2.5 which is the current long term release. |

Where can I get a trial version? |
|
Simply complete the form on the right hand side and you will be emailed links to download all our trial versions. |

What's the difference between trial version, free version and purchased version? |
|
The trial versions have the same functionality as the purchased versions, however some restrictions apply to the trial versions. Trial versions are limited to the first 5 published questions in each quiz/survey, or first 5 auction items will be listed. Trial versions have our branding (powered by logo and link) on the front end, the purchased versions do not have any front end branding. Trial versions also have some encrypted source code, but purchased versions included full source code and have no restrictions. There is no time limit or expiry date on the trial versions.
You can transfer your survey or quiz questions from the trial version to the purchased version via the maintenace tab once you've installed the purchased version.
We also offer some free products that do not have the limitations of the trial versions and you can use them indefinately. Free products may contain our branding (powered by logo and link) on the front end. |

Do you accept any other payment methods besides Paypal? |

Yes.
We accept payments via PayPal and we also now accept payments through 2Checkout. You can find the relevant links on the pricing menu. |

Can I get an invoice for my purchase? |

Yes, invoices are available on request, just send us an email via our contact form with the following details:
- Date of purchase
- Item(s) purchased
- Paypal/2Checkout email address used
- (optional) Company name and address
Invoices are supplied in PDF format, please allow 48 hours for processing. |

Do you offer support via phone? |

No. We are contactble via email or our support forum only. |

Do you offer a custom development service? |
|
Generally we do not provide a custom development service, but if your requirements are in line with our overall product direction then we consider adding extra functionality to benefit everyone. Also we sometimes provide some custom code to point people in the right direction when they want to customize our products. |

Is there an unlimited domain version available? |
|
All our products are now released under the GNU GPL license, so they can be used for unlimited domains. |
